Welcome back to the wonderful world of makeup! :) My post today is about an eye-shadow primer called " Shadow Insurance". The basic purpose of this Primer is to hold onto your shadow, make it last and give the eye-shadow color the pop it deserves. All you have to do is just squeeze out the tiniest bit possible of the product, pat it on your eyelid, make sure you have your entire lid covered and continue with your makeup routine.
